  • Acute care, sub-acute care, short-term rehabilitation, restorative nursing, intensive therapy, or long-term care for patients who need a higher level of support than they can receive at home. Crown Pointe has provided outstanding active and passive skilled nursing to thousands of Indiana residents at every age and stage of life. Given the cost of hospital services or in-home skilled nursing, Crown Pointe is a mush more affordavle alternative. Our services are Medicare and Medicade approved, as well as private pay or supplemental insurance coverage.

Following illness or injury, therapy is the best way to regain as much strength and functionality as possible. Therapy and Restorative Services

Complete physical, occupational, speech, and restorative programs, customized to meet the individual needs of the patients. We provide two regional directors that assist with hiring, training, placement, and oversight of all therapy programs and rehab directores. A full-time rehabilitation director completely dedicated to your program, to coordinate the entire department and serve as a liaison with the facility.
